We are located near highway 407 and highway 10 adjacent to the Brampton courthouse. Role Description We are seeking a Real Estate Law Clerk for a full-time, on-site position in Brampton, ON . The Law Clerk will support the real estate practice by preparing legal documents, coordinating transactions, and maintaining communication with clients and external stakeholders. The role also includes working closely with a senior real estate lawyer organizing and managing real estate files, liaising with lenders and real estate agents, and ensuring all documents comply with relevant legal standards. Qualifications A minimum of 3+ years experience as a real estate law clerk. Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including agreements, deeds, and other transaction-related documents. Must be able to complete 20-25 real estate transactions a month from start to finish. Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, legal professionals, and external stakeholders. Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency in legal technology and software, such as conveyancing platforms and document management systems ( Teraview, Unity, Word and Leap ).
