What Youll Be Doing The Face of the Office: Engaging with our MPI (Autopac) clients with a friendly, helpful attitude. Gap Finder: Using your ''people skills'' to spot opportunities where our clients might be under-insured and introducing them to our Home and Tenant options. Problem Solver: Helping local families navigate their insurance needs with clarity and empathy. EPIC Management: Using our industry-leading software (Applied EPIC) to keep client files accurate and professional. Who You Are Outgoing & Energetic: You genuinely enjoy talking to people and building relationships. Teachable: You dont need 10 years of experience, but you do need a ''hunger'' to learn the Manitoba insurance landscape. Community-Minded: You like the idea of working for a local business that supports local causes (like the 191 Air Cadets!). Licensed (or willing to be): You hold a Level 1 General Insurance License, or you are ready to hit the books and pass the exam (we can help guide you!). Qualifications / Required Skills We are looking for a candidate who is ready to hit the ground running at our MPI counter. To be considered, you should meet one of the following criteria: Current Level 1 License: You are already licensed by the Insurance Council of Manitoba (ICM) and are ready to manage both Autopac and General Insurance (Home/Tenant) inquiries. Auto-Only License: You are currently licensed specifically for Manitoba Public Insurance (MPI) products and are looking to grow your career within a supportive brokerage. Recent Graduate (Fundamentals of Insurance): You have successfully passed the Fundamentals of Insurance (FOI) exam or the CAIB 1 exam and are in the process of applying for your Level 1 License. MPI/IWS Certification: Previous experience or certification with the MPI Insurance Work Station (IWS) is considered a major asset.
