As a Warehouse Lead , you will unload containers of boxed furniture, organize the warehouse, and stage outgoing orders for our home delivery trucks. What You''ll Do: Leading, coaching, and supporting the warehouse team Maintain and report on multiple key performance indicators related to safety and productivity Embodying and demonstrating Articles values and principles in all decision-making and actions Picking and packing furniture Loading and unloading trucks for deliveries Moving stock around the warehouse Maintaining good housekeeping in work areas Processes returned items, cleaning or otherwise preparing them to be returned to stock Requirements: Must-haves: Legally able to work in Canada Completion of a criminal background check Reliable method of transportation Able to routinely lift 50 lbs. of merchandise by yourself. Able to handle heavy items (100-300+ lbs.) with team members and/or proper lifting equipment.
