What it's like to work here Youll be reporting to Visitor Operations and Experience Manager, working in a large team, at Lizard and Mid Cornwall Property Group. Youll be working across the coast of Lizard Point, Kynance Cove, Mullion Cove, Gunwalloe, Penrose, Godrevy and Chapel Porth. Your work base will be Chyvarloe. What you'll be doing As Visitor Experience Officer, your main focus will be on providing a great service for visitors. With your team, youll be welcoming people and inspiring them to really get to know these places. This might include working with the teams in devising and running events and activities, and creating interpretive displays and other ways of bringing the place, and its stories, to life for everyone who comes here. You'll encourage visitors to take a closer look at nature or precious objects cared for by the Trust. You will be supervising and supporting volunteers and organising rotas. Youre likely to be checking standards of presentation on all the sites, designing signs and helping to write for our social media and web pages.
