JOB PURPOSE Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, responsible for efficient daytoday operations of the clinic. The Clinic Manager is responsible to implement, lead and communicate new initiatives and programs to staff and physicians. Additionally, work collaboratively with physicians, patients, clients, vendors and other internal and external customers to support high quality patient care. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Clinic Management and Oversight: ensures performance goals including patient retention, satisfaction, patient count, controllable expenses and operational targets are met. Responsible for patient, physician and staff engagement. Ensures adherence to company policies, processes and procedures. Ensures optimal levels of medical and office supplies. Ensures clinic equipment is well maintained. Accurately accounts the funds generated by the clinic on a daily basis. Maintains standards of cleanliness and safety. Handles patient concerns effectively in accordance with customer service standards. Communicates and executes on strategic initiatives affecting clinic operations, including the development of a customer service culture, communication, core purpose and core values. Liaises with the Regional Operations Manager and other clinic support team members regarding clinic profiles and changes. Completes all operational reporting and metrics in a timely manner. Protects and safeguards the EMR according to organizational policy. Manages clinic staffing levels according to the staffing model. Responsible for all aspects of performance management, performance reviews and progressive discipline. Responsible for hiring both medical and nonmedical staff as required. Communicates health and safety initiatives in the clinic to ensure compliance with company policies. EMR trainer for new physicians. Performs other duties as assigned. Business Development: supports and executes on business development programs and initiatives, supports the growth of the clinic, participates in community involvement and brand perception. Organizational Leadership: exemplifies the organizations core values, leads by example, and responds to issues promptly. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 57 years clinic experience. 13 years management experience, preferably in a healthcare clinic. Customer service focus with strong communication skills. Detail oriented with exceptional problemsolving skills. Adaptable and flexible. Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
