We are a well-established Canadian distributor of medical supplies and healthcare equipment, serving hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, emergency responders, and private practices across the country. With a strong reputation built on reliability, product quality, and long-standing client relationships, the company is entering an exciting growth phase in Ontario. The focus now is brand expansion, deeper market penetration, and stronger face-to-face presence with buyers and decision-makers. We are seeking a high-energy, sales-driven Brand Ambassador to represent the company in the Toronto market. This is a part-time opportunity designed for a proven sales professional who wants meaningful upside without committing to a full-time role. You can maintain another full-time position while taking this on. This is not a passive booth sitter role. This is an active sales position. You will be responsible for engaging prospects at trade shows, initiating meaningful conversations, qualifying opportunities, and converting interest into tangible business. In addition, you will conduct scheduled calls with potential clients to introduce the company''s product offerings and drive new revenue. If you''re someone who thrives on closing, building relationships, and being the face of a brand this role will suit you extremely well. Key Responsibilities Represent the company at trade shows and industry events across Toronto and surrounding areas Actively engage healthcare professionals, procurement managers, and decision-makers at events Generate qualified leads and drive measurable sales opportunities Conduct scheduled sales calls with prospective clients and convert interest into orders Communicate product value clearly and confidently Build brand awareness within the healthcare community Provide structured feedback from the field regarding market trends, competitor positioning, and customer needs Collaborate with leadership on follow-up strategy and pipeline development Maintain a polished, professional presence at all times as the public face of the brand Qualifications Demonstrated sales success is mandatory this is a revenue-facing role Strong closing ability and comfort driving conversations toward commitment Confident, articulate communicator who can command a room or a call Experience in healthcare, medical supplies, distribution, or related industries is highly preferred Professional presence suitable for representing a national brand Self-starter with the ability to work independently Comfortable attending trade shows and engaging with large volumes of prospects Compensation Structure This is a performance-oriented, flexible compensation model with strong hourly earning potential: Trade Shows: $750 day rate for a standard 7-hour day Trade Shows exceeding 7 hours: $100 per additional hour Sales Calls: $100 per hour for each scheduled client call No base salary compensation is strictly hourly/day-rate based This is an excellent opportunity for a true salesperson who values flexibility, autonomy, and strong hourly earning power while representing a respected brand in the healthcare space. #J-18808-Ljbffr
