About This Team The Global Brand Management team leads lululemons brand strategy and expression across the globe. Within the team, the Performance & Innovation vertical is responsible for crafting and executing the brand vision for key performance categories: Running, Training, Tennis, Golf, and Yoga. This group partners deeply with Product, GotoMarket, Innovation, and Creative teams to bring purposedriven storytelling to life in a way that builds brand love and cultural relevance. A Day In The Life As Sr. Manager, Global Brand Management, you will: Lead the development of brand strategies for Training, Tennis, Golf aligned to lululemons purpose, business priorities, and product roadmaps. Translate category strategies into brand storytelling moments, creative briefs, and integrated campaigns across channels. Partner with Product, Innovation, and GTM teams to identify key products, innovations, and seasonal priorities for global storytelling across your portfolio of activities. Guide campaign and creative development from brief through executionensuring alignment, consistency, and performance. Deliver seasonal playbooks and storytelling toolkits that equip global and regional teams with clear, compelling narratives. Drive the 365 category offense for Training, Tennis and Golf, in partnership with Regional and Product teams. Lead and mentor a team of direct reports to deliver bestinclass work and support in their development journey. Define KPIs and lead postcampaign analysis to inform future work and improve impact. Qualifications 8+ years of relevant experience in brand strategy, category marketing, or integrated brand managementideally in apparel, performance, or lifestyle brands. Experience in building and scaling global brand campaigns and product storytelling across multiple channels. Deep understanding of performance consumer culture in training, golf and/or tennis Strong collaborator with a proven ability to influence and lead crossfunctional partners. Ability to think strategically and execute with clarity, creativity, and precision. Experience managing agencies and internal creative resources. Passionate about brand building, storytelling, and community connection Additional Notes Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role. The typical hiring range for this position is from $134,000- $174,000 CAD annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
