About This Team Global Retail Design collaborates and cocreates with internal business units to develop, innovate and evolve retail experiential concepts, retail store design, and retail fixture design that embody the unique Lululemon experience. The overall team is responsible for the establishment, governance and maintenance of global store design principles, guidelines and prototypical templates to ensure consistent design cues reinforce a strong experiential brand identity. Through clarity, focus and coordination we support the business strategies and elevate the guest experience through retail design innovation. Reporting Structure & Team This role is a direct report into the VP Creative Director, Global Retail Design and works closely with the Retail Design ''''Creative Concept'''' team as part of the greater Global Retail Design Studio. You will collaborate closely with InStore Marketing, Global Brand Experience Operations, Retail Brand Experience, Digital Brand Experience, Global Brand Creative, Visual Merchandising, Product, and Regional teams. Core Responsibilities The Senior Art Director Retail Brand Creative is responsible for all global creative direction for key launches across windows, in-store touchpoints, and popups aligned to campaign and product storytelling. This role translates brand narratives into compelling physical expressions across our global retail fleet, ensuring every activation is emotionally resonant, commercially impactful, and locally executable at scale. Develop experiential and engaging creative concepts that excite and delight the guest of today and tomorrow, from street to key store touchpoints, as well as evergreen solutions for our fleet of stores. Act as the connector between campaign concept and retail realization, ensuring cohesive storytelling across windows, store touchpoints, and key moments throughout the year. Guide creative from initial vision through to prototyping and global rollout, balancing craft with operational realities. Elevate the instore brand experience while driving clarity, consistency, and innovation across markets. A Day in the Life Lead creative oversight of windows, instore touchpoints, and ideation on key product destination architecture to inspire guests with our product and brand message and drive revenue. Elevate global retail creative output across key launch podiums in the physical realm, identity, and popups (omni experience). Define creative strategy across activities and platforms working closely with crossfunctional teammates across Brand Creative, Product, Strategy, Retail, and regional teams. Develop bestinclass creative process and resource strategies for projects based on business strategy and roadmap including budgets for annual operating plan (AOP). Identify creative retail opportunities leveraging localization in key markets. Manage and direct tier1 and tier2 global creative agencies and external partners. Use market insights, consumer trends and competitive landscape to support creative strategies. Lead inclusive, energizing pinups and creative crits that inspire teams and expand creative horizons. Explore innovative materials and sustainable design solutions that advance the brand''''s wellbeing and sustainability goals. Present concepts and ideas to senior leadership, including Csuite and regional executives. Attract, develop, and mentor top creative talent globally as well as source and lead agencies, freelancers, and specialists. Qualifications 10+ years of related experience in 3D visual and/or creative design. A bachelor''''s degree in interior design, industrial design, or a relevant field; an advanced degree is a plus. Track record of leading a highperforming team of creatives. Clientside experience as well as proven experience collaborating and managing global agencies. Compensation & Benefits Package Lululemon''''s compensation offerings are grounded in a payforperformance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $145,800 - $190,300 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
