Job Role: E-Learning Developer/Instructional Designer Our client is seeking a skilled elearning developer/instructional designer with at least 3 years of experience working with Articulate 360. 40 hours per week until the end of March, with freelance/projecttoproject thereafter. Remote work, EST hours, and must be based in Canada. Must provide own laptop and Articulate 360 license. This Project Will Include Assemble engaging learning modules that bring together multiple media assets. Build engaging sections within Storyline, including activities such as building a product from start to finish. Work for a wellknown Canadian brand. Timely communication with the team is required throughout. The Ideal Candidate Will Be Responsible Designing, developing, and maintaining elearning courses that are SCORM/xAPI compliant and meet the specific needs of our clients. Comfortable working in a team environment, with excellent communication and problemsolving skills. Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively with the instructional design team to develop elearning courses using Articulate 360. Create engaging and interactive course content that is SCORM/xAPI compliant and compatible with multiple learning management systems. Have a good eye for graphic design and the ability to follow brand guidelines. Understand how to set up courseware with meaningful reporting for multiple learning management systems. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during course development or delivery. Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure courses function properly and meet client expectations. Stay up-to-date with the latest elearning trends, technologies, and techniques. Assist with project planning and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met. Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address concerns or issues. Qualifications Bachelors degree in instructional design, computer science, or related field. At least 3 years of experience developing elearning courses using Articulate 360. Strong understanding of SCORM/xAPI and other elearning standards. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and learning content management systems (LCMS) is a plus. Excellent communication and problemsolving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
