Position Overview Experience 3 - 5 years of progressive experience providing generalist human resources management support to management in a complex, multi-site, unionized environment, preferably in a large multi-enterprise and/or public sector organization; experience working in the health sector is an asset. Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Undergraduate degree in human resources, or in a relevant discipline combined with a post-graduate certificate in human resources management from a recognized post-secondary institution. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Certification/Licensure/Registration Chartered Professional in Human Resources designation with current membership in good standing or equivalent is preferred. Certifications in project management, human resources, change management and quality processes are assets. Must have a valid Manitoba drivers license and use of a personal motor vehicle for regular travel within the province. This term position may end earlier as outlined in your employee handbook.
