Enhancing its operational resilience capabilities within the Enterprise Operational Risk function and is looking to add a Business Analyst to support the deployment and rollout of the Salesforce-based technology solution, Fusion Risk Management. Project To support the deployment and roll-out of the Salesforce-based technology solution, Fusion Risk Management. Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent role in Salesforce solution implementation projects. 5+ years of In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform and Lightning Experience. 3+ years of UAT experience Nice-To-Have Skills Familiarity or experience with regulatory requirements related to Operational Resilience (e.g., OSFI E-21) is considered a strong asset. Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder is a plus. Soft Skills Required Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ability to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Solution oriented Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Best VS. Average Candidate The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce systems and experience in analyzing business processes, requirements gathering, and implementing solutions.
