Maximize store profitability and manage all store financials, including inventory control and cash flow. Build customer relationships by providing prompt and exceptional sales and aftersales service. Implement corporate merchandising directives and standards. Lead a small team and offer continuous coaching and support. Manage staff and assign duties. Job Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Skilled in leading and inspiring a team.
