Were looking for a seasoned Site Supervisor to step into a key leadership role on our projects. The Role As a Supervisor youll take the lead on jobs site execution: overseeing crews, equipment, safety, quality, and productivity. Youll be the goto person on site, making sure work moves efficiently, safely, and in line with project specs and schedules. This role is ideal for someone with strong field experience, natural leadership skills, and the confidence to make sound decisions in a fastpaced environment. What Youll Do Lead and coordinate daytoday jobsite operations Direct crews and heavy equipment activities Set the tone on safety ensuring all work is completed safely and to standard Plan manpower needs and schedule crews effectively Work closely with management, clients, inspectors, consultants, and regulators Drive productivity while maintaining quality and compliance Track progress, forecast work, and hit project milestones; identify issues early and take corrective action when needed Travel within Manitoba as required What You Bring 8+ years in heavy construction, including 5 years in a supervisory role Proven experience running active, multi-trade jobsites Strong leadership and communication skills Professional, approachable, and decisive Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision Clear verbal and written communication A proactive, solutionfocused mindset What We Offer Fulltime, permanent, yearround position (50+ hrs/week plus OT) MondayFriday day shifts; Saturdays during peak season Companysupplied vehicle Companysupplied cell phone Competitive industry wages Comprehensive benefits package for you and your family in Manitoba, including: Medical, dental, and vision care, Longterm disability, Life and critical illness insurance, Optional RRSP and pension savings plan Access to additional team incentives and company programs Why SKI?
