Position Title Surgical Leads Consultant Summary The Surgical Leads Consultant is responsible for managing prospective surgical patient, guiding them through the consultation process and decision-making process, ensuring an exceptional patient experience from initial inquiry to booking. This role combines patient education, sales conversion administrative coordination. Reports to Director of Operations Hours On-site, Full Time--Monday- Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm Core Responsibilities Develop a strong knowledge of all surgical, injectable, and aesthetic procedures, being able to effectively and enthusiastically transfer knowledge to patients and staff. Efficiently use electronic medical records, sales tracking software, and lead management. Professionally handle phone discussions with potential/existing patients and effectively resolve patient complaints. Answer inquiries and nurture leads; converting prospective patients and properly executing follow-up processes. Plan and schedule patient surgical consults, create quotes, and discuss fees with patients. Track and evaluate conversion success to achieve and surpass key performance indicators (KPIs). Education and Experience Requirements Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field (or equivalent experience). Additional certification in medical office administration is an asset. 2-3 years of experience in sales or consultative selling, preferably within a medical, aesthetic or luxury service environment. Familiarity with medical terminology; and understanding of insurance processes is beneficial. Ability to manage a high-volume schedule and prioritize competing tasks. Proficiency with office software and medical management systems; strong organizational, and multitasking, communication skills. Professionalism in all client and team interactions, with strict adherence to privacy regulations and confidentiality. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High attention to accuracy in patient information and scheduling. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic clinic environment and varying patient needs.
