Randstad is looking for a Data Analyst to work closely with Product Owners and development teams, to promote the growth and continuous improvement of digital channels through in-depth analytics. Verify and confirm with vendor sources for any discrepancies in set up information. Establish communication networks with all business units for the receipt of security set up data. Ensure that all securities are set up and delivered to our various applications in a timely and accurate manner in order to meet our clients requirements. Be responsible for the quality of the production delivery and respect of the deadlines. Staff will start the day with checking the generic inbox, ensuring requests are completed and any troubleshooting queries are answered appropriately - main priority is keeping the inbox clean. They may also learn some reports depending on the learning curve given the timeline. Qualifications 2+ year''''s financial services experience Canadian Securities Course designation Technical skills such as VBA Strong analytical thinking and ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.
