J-Bird Diesel is Hiring: Red Seal Shop Foreman/Technician Were growing and looking to add an experienced Red Seal Shop Foreman to lead and turn wrenches with our crew in Winkler, MB. If youre a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality work, thrives in a fast-paced shop, and wants to be part of building something specialread on. What Youll Do: Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel trucks and equipment. Support, coach, and supervise technicians in the shop. Manage workflow, assign jobs, and ensure repairs are done right and on time. Communicate clearly with the service advisor and ownership team. Lead by exampleon the floor, on the tools, and in your attitude. What Were Looking For: Red Seal Certification in Heavy Duty or Truck & Transport Mechanic. Proven experience diagnosing and repairing diesel equipment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Organized, dependable, and committed to excellence.
