The Role As the Director of AI Innovation Hub at Kyndryl , you will lead a transformative initiative to embed Agentic AI across every Kyndryl service, driving innovation and measurable business impact. This strategic leadership role combines technical vision, commercial acumen, and delivery excellence. Define and execute the roadmap for Agentic AI integration across services and platforms. Oversee development of intelligent agents and frameworks using Python, Azure ML, and other cuttingedge tools. Champion rapid prototyping and demo cycles to accelerate adoption and client success. Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure AI solutions drive tangible business value. Foster collaboration with academia and research communities, supervising industrial PhDs and contributing to publications. Required Skills and Experience Proven leadership in AI innovation, product development, or enterprise transformation. Deep expertise in Agentic AI, GenAI, and autonomous systems. Strong technical foundation: Python, distributed architectures, and cloud ML platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Track record of building and scaling highperforming technical teams. Ability to operate in a hightrust, lowhierarchy environment with strong strategic and execution skills. Preferred Skills and Experience Contributions to opensource AI frameworks. Certifications in cloud ML platforms. Experience in digital transformation and enterprise automation. Recognised presence in academic or technical communities. This position will be eligible for Kryls discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryls applicable plans. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
