Responsibilities - Receive and review utility invoices (electricity, water, gas, internet, waste management). - Verify billing accuracy, checking: - Service dates - Meter readings - Contracted rates - Unexpected spikes or errors - Maintaining accurate filing of all vendor invoices - Process truck maintenance invoices. - Assisting with other ad-hoc duties as needed Requirements - Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. - 24 years in Retail Paid Media (Enterprise level preferred). - Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads with proven experience executing campaigns. - Strong understanding of TV/Radio reach/frequency and post-buy analysis. - Experience acting as the primary point of contact for external agencies or media reps. - Experience planning and executing media budgets with strong ability to manage pacing and accruals of complex monthly spend across multiple vendors. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Power Point, Word and Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
