Position Summary Senior Manager, Program Management will oversee and optimize program delivery systems, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation to drive longterm growth. This role manages a team of professionals, ensuring efficient and effective operations. What youll do The Senior Manager, Program Management is responsible for enhancing the online customer experience by ensuring endtoend item transactability, fulfillment eligibility, and operational readiness across Walmart Canadas eCommerce platform. As a subjectmatter expert in eCommerce fulfillment and item eligibility logic, this role provides strategic guidance to partners across the business and identifies new opportunities to accelerate omnichannel growth. The Senior Manager partners closely with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Catalog, Product, eCommerce Operations, and Technology teams to unlock online sales, strengthen operational discipline, and ensure items are correctly enabled throughout the endtoend item lifecycle. Working crossfunctionally, the role drives efforts to expand and optimize assortment across all omnichannels by ensuring items are accurately configured and enabled for each applicable fulfillment channel. The Senior Manager leads the identification, prioritization, and resolution of systemic issues that impact item availability, fulfillment eligibility, and customer experience across digital and omnichannels. The Senior Manager leads the strategic development and execution of initiatives that enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency within storefulfilled and omnichannel models. The Senior Manager develops project roadmaps aligned to longterm organizational goals and business OKRs, and provides regular, executivelevel progress updates to senior leadership.
