Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly detail-orientedAdministrative Support professionalto join a busy team supportingmembership services functions. This 5 week contract with an immediate start (and potential for extension) will assist with important document review and administrative work related to collective bargaining.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working withcomplex documents, contracts, or agreementsand takes pride in ensuring accuracy and consistency.Key ResponsibilitiesReview collective agreements and related documents including previous agreements, Letters of Understanding, and Memorandums of AgreementCross-reference multiple documents to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing languageAssist with incorporating updated or negotiated language into existing documentsProvide administrative support related to grievance files including file setup, tracking, and document managementEdit and proofread correspondence and formal letters to ensure clarity and accuracyProvide general administrative support to theMembership Support team as requiredQualificationsExceptional attention to detail and strong document review skillsExperience working with contracts, legal documentation, collective agreements, or complex policy documents is an assetBackground in legal administration, HR, labour relations, or similar environments is considered an assetStrong proofreading and editing abilitiesHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple documents and maintain accurate recordsAt Aplin together with our brands CompuStaff and Impact Recruitment we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
