We are seeking a seasoned VP-level Ecommerce Executive to lead digital strategy, performance, and scalable growth for a leading luxury brand.This executive will own the full digital ecosystem from online storefront and UX/UI vision to performance marketing and full P&L accountability while building high-performing teams and driving omnichannel transformation.Key Responsibilities : Digital Commerce Strategy & GrowthLead the digital and product roadmap from ideation to implementation, enhancing the brands digital storefront to maximize sales, conversions, and customer experience.Build strategies for site features, product sequencing, cross-sells, and linking to improve product discoverability.Set long-term vision for UX/UI, aligning with technology trends, user expectations, and brand identity.Website Performance & OptimizationManage ecommerce platform and MarTech stack to ensure performance, security, and operational excellence.Validate website daily for accuracy, functionality, stability, and seamless customer experience.Track sales drivers (traffic, conversion, AOV) and implement insights to drive growth.Performance Marketing & Demand GenerationOversee paid media, SEO, CRM, and lifecycle marketing in partnership with marketing leadership.Ensure ROI-focused and scalable customer acquisition strategies.Align brand storytelling with performance outcomes and guide marketing/creative teams.P&L Ownership & Operational ExcellenceOwn ecommerce P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.Optimize fulfillment, payments, and customer service to meet luxury standards.Scale operations while maintaining high-quality service.Executive Leadership & Cross-Functional CollaborationDrive cross-functional initiatives to improve ecommerce experience (e.g., holidays, partnerships, wholesale collaborations).Lead and develop high-performing digital and ecommerce teams.Partner with brand, marketing, merchandising, sales, and operations leadership.Serve as a key driver of omnichannel transformation and growth. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field.Extensive experience with Shopify Plus preferred.810+ years in ecommerce and marketing, preferably in luxury fashion, with strong focus on customer acquisition.P&L management experience.Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.Experience collaborating with in-house digital product and engineering teams.Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and willing to roll up sleeves when needed.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; adaptable and agile in a fast-paced environment.
