Youll oversee a team of Associates across varying experience levels, ensuring they are supported, developed, and positioned to deliver exceptional client service.If youre a thoughtful leader who enjoys coaching ambitious professionals, strengthening team performance, and building scalable processes within a client-centric environment, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.Key Responsibilities:LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop a team of Financial Planning AssociatesConduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions focused on performance, growth, and career progressionPartner closely with Advisors to ensure Associates are effectively aligned and supportedNavigate performance management situations with professionalism and emotional intelligenceFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementTalent & Resource PlanningSupport recruitment and onboarding of new AssociatesAlign team capacity and skillsets with Advisor needsIdentify development gaps and implement targeted coaching or training initiativesContribute to succession planning and internal mobility effortsMonitor staffing levels to ensure optimal team structureOperational & Strategic ExecutionCollaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance workflows and remove bottlenecksSupport rollout of key business initiatives across Advisory teamsStandardize development practices and performance feedback processesContribute to projects related to training, team engagement, and operational improvementLeverage CRM and internal systems to manage reporting and team oversightQualifications5+ years of leadership experience, ideally within financial servicesExperience in a client-facing or advisory support capacity is highly valuedDemonstrated ability to manage and develop career-oriented professionalsStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work alongside senior AdvisorsFamiliarity with financial planning tools and CRM platformsBachelors degree requiredProfessional designations such as CFP, CIM, or equivalent are considered an assetOn offer is a base salary that ranges from 120-160 K + 20% Bonus + RSSP etc.At Humans of HR, we support the development and growth of our candidates to reach their full potential.
