Nothing is more important to us than the safety of the public and those who work with us, and the protection of our natural surroundings.**The Opportunity**Vermilion Energy has an exciting opportunity within the Maintenance department, seeking a contract **Measurement Administrator** based in Drayton Valley, AB. The Measurement Administrator plays a key role in supporting accurate, compliant, and cost-effective oil and gas measurement activities across the organization. This position manages measurement systems, schedules, and vendor workflows to support sampling, proving, calibration, and reporting requirements.Working closely with the Maintenance Superintendent, Measurement Coordinator, and the broader maintenance and operations teams, the Measurement Administrator helps ensure measurement programs run efficiently, data is accurate and auditable, and regulatory and business reporting requirements are met.**What you will do*** Administer and maintain the measurement program to support accurate, compliant, and cost-effective measurement activities.* Maintain the master measurement asset database, including meters, tanks, analyzers, samplers, and associated attributes.* Manage the master meter list and measurement schedules, reviewing data entry for validity, completeness, and consistency.* Build and configure new meters and sample points within measurement systems for new wells and facilities, including schedules and third-party cross-references.* Manage gas and liquid sampling programs, including distributing schedules, maintaining cylinder inventory, organizing cylinder distribution, and ensuring timely analysis updates into RTUs through systems such as Zedi, ScadaCore, and Promonitor.* Own and manage sampling, proving, and calibration schedules for measurement equipment.* Track and verify completion of measurement activities performed by third-party vendors.* Manage vendor relationships including compliance checks (e.g., ISN), distributing annual expectations, and tracking calibration equipment certification reports.* Coordinate and distribute reports supporting annual checks, including fuel, flare and vent (FFV) programs, pump utilization, sampling and proving optimization, and DEOS analysis.* Support data collection and documentation requirements for annual EPAP audits.* Administer measurement and Fuel, Flare and Vent programs, including system access and management of platforms such as Muddy Boots Online and Envirosoft.* Manage data inputs into Fuel, Flare and Vent programs, including exporting production data (e.g., Prodview to Envirosoft) and verifying completeness prior to review.* Maintain clean, auditable records of measurement activities, certificates, analysis results, and reports.* Manage vendor invoices, ensuring appropriate coding (AFE, cost center, GL) and verifying accuracy against completed work.* Track measurement-related costs and provide input to cost reporting, forecasting, and long-term planning.* Provide support for internal and external requests related to schematics, analysis results, calibration reports, and measurement documentation.* Identify data quality issues and work with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.**What you will bring*** Administrative or operational support experience within the oil and gas industry, preferably related to measurement, operations, or production accounting.* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, data, vendors, and multiple priorities simultaneously.* Excellent Excel and computer skills, with the ability to manage large datasets and system-based workflows.* Experience working with measurement, operations, or reporting systems (experience with Muddy Boots Online, Envirosoft, Zedi, ScadaCore, Promonitor or similar systems is an asset).* Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and audit-ready documentation.* Experience coordinating third-party vendors and reviewing invoices for accuracy and coding alignment.* Ability to work collaboratively with maintenance, measurement, and operations teams.* Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach.* A highly organized, dependable work style with a
