Do you have experience in building maintenance and renovations? To ensure our Resident Members peace of mind, we are looking for a talented candidate to address all maintenance requests and emergencies. If you are passionate about fixing things, good with your hands, and mechanically adept, this role is for you! ___________________________________________________________ Responsibilities: Address requests for maintenance within 72 hours Perform oncall emergency maintenance according to schedule Vacant suite maintenance, renovations and touchups per established quality standards General common area and building maintenance Coordinate inspections of turnover suites with the Customer Care Team Preventative Maintenance inspections and reporting Ensure contractors complete their work per established quality standards Participate in training and engage in continuous learning Assist with snow removal as needed Complete all required administration for the position on a tablet Complete other duties as assigned Experience and Educational Requirements: 2+ years of renovation experience Technical Requirements: Working knowledge of English language both verbal and written Familiarity with technology is required Painting and finishes cleaning, sanding, priming, painting, textured surfaces Plumbing repair and install toilets, sinks, faucets, valves, run power auger to clear blocked lines Electrical replacing light fixtures, switches and receptacles Drywall repair Floors repair laminate, carpet, tiles, and install, repair baseboards Nice to have: Additional skills and experience in framing, tiling, drywall, flooring, and plumbing Basic knowledge of hydronic heating systems and furnaces Doors, windows, and cabinets repair, replace, and install Locks repair, replace, rekey, and mastering Appliance repair and install NonTechnical Requirements: Ensure to have majority of the tools on the tool list (list provided during interview) Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment (at any location as needed) Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting Ability to maneuver up to 90 kg with the proper equipment Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service Ability to fix the problem correctly the first time Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities Additional Requirements: Must have a reliable vehicle and clean driving record Valid drivers license ___________________________________________________________ Interested applicants are invited to submit a cover letter and resume.
