Job Description

What youll do: Provide leadership through supervision, coaching, and ensuring staff compliance with loss prevention and asset protection policies. Lead the full B2B sales cycle, including customer outreach, stock and delivery coordination, documentation, and issue resolution. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and sales reps to support sales growth and profitability. Develop specialized product content (Feed, Ag Equipment, Animal Health, farm fencing) and deliver training to Agro staff. Support talent acquisition and onboarding in collaboration with the Agro Manager, Hardware Supervisor, and Sales Leads. Assist with budgeting, pricing, discounts, and margin management. Maintain strong product knowledge across all Agro categories. Collaborate with the Hardware Supervisor, Sales Leads and management. Who you are: Training and experience in Ag/Farm/Animal Health/Feed You have a High School diploma Class 5 Drivers License Ability to maintain and grow an extensive customer contact program Project estimating education/experience is an asset 1+ years Supervisory experience is preferred Excellent communication and customer service Skills You are willing to work all shifts scheduled including evenings, holidays and weekends. You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
