As a member of this team you will need strong artistry, sales and service talents, and the ability to teach customers Charlottes secrets of artistry learned in over 20 years of working at the top of the industry with top celebrities and brands. You will deliver Charlottes philosophy of artistry made easy and help build an amazing beauty business. Salesdriven experience in beauty and retail is required. Requirements The Freelance Brand Expert role is responsible for promoting and creating makeup magic in store, always reflecting the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury. Working as part of an elite team, you will drive business in store through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service, reflecting brand values and meeting sales targets while delivering an amazing experience and exemplary service. You must also be able to drive and travel between stores as needed. Key Responsibilities Strive to achieve event sales goals and sales per hour target. Create brand awareness through sharing and demonstrating product knowledge. Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines. Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service. Maintain a positive, cooperative approach toward work and colleagues. Assist in maintaining an atmosphere of open communication, professionalism, and creativity at all times. Ensure the counter/gondola is customer ready from open to close of business. Maintain excellent counter hygiene standards, cleaning display units, tools, and testers throughout the day. Assist with maintaining required inventory levels, including stock counts, rotation, and timely replenishment. Assist with visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement in communication with Sales and Artistry Executive. Assist in the execution of events. Maintain consistent communication with Brand field team regarding counter or gondola needs or concerns. Maintain high standards managing schedule, clocking in and out, and submitting timesheets on the payroll application (AllWork). Location: Niagara Falls, ON, Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
