Duties and Responsibilities Act as primary point-of-contact for clients and build strong, professional relationships with customers and internal operational teams. Ensure full understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in order to ensure billing functions are captured accurately and on time. Supervise production operation in accordance with customer guidelines and requirements including quality assurance and customer expectations. Supervise all staff reporting to the position so as to effectively supervise, train, evaluate, motivate, delegate and monitor their activities. Reallocate manpower daily as needed due to priority changes or available resources Ensure that security policies are enforced at all times including building security as related to opening and closing procedures. Ensure that staff has all the tools necessary for efficient and accurate job completion. Attend daily planning meetings to ensure efficient and adequate distribution of labor in all departments Ensure all weekly billing is accurately completed before the cut off window. Manage daily production needs through labour planning tools to ensure maximum utilization of staff in all areas and make sure all production numbers are met. Review productivity dashboard regularly. Spend 60 percent at minimum on the floor, constantly following up with Team leads on productivity. Ensure established labor and production targets are met in all departments and ensure accountability at all levels, supervisory, lead hand and associate. Work Closely with Team Leads / Supervisors/ Trainers to ensure all associates are properly trained in their respective areas and are made aware of the needs of the customer accounts being serviced. Be the main operational point of contact with the Customer. Work closely with Customer Service and Sales to ensure optimal customer service is provided and that all objectives set are achievable and within the guidelines. Manage the performance management process - progressive counseling and performance reviews. Foster an environment that promotes teamwork, employee development and job satisfaction. Review and approve time cards and time sheets, work closely with administrative staff to ensure timely reporting to Payroll Dept. Responsible for Housekeeping, building maintenance and ordering of supplies supply order approvals, managing cleaners, inform Facility Management of building issues. Develop and/or maintain KPIs and ensure achievement of teams assigned KPIs. Other duties that may be assigned. Requirements and Qualifications Preferred 7-10 years supervision/management experience. Knowledge of distribution operating systems, WMS Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to manage for results Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage employee conflict to asuccessful resolution. Ability to assess talent and build development plans Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members Ability to proactively plan and organize work to accomplish goals Strong time management skills. Knowledge and experience using various computer systems, to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint Additional Information: We use automated tools to support application screening.
