Provide in-depth destination, market and experience insights. Collaborate on creation and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions, including evaluating media buys. Optimize content for owned channels including web, email and social platforms. Analyze marketing, destination, and revenue data to uncover trends, measure performance, and generate actionable insights that inform strategic decisions, optimize ROI, and drive business growth. Compile and present weekly marketing performance reports. Develop and activate contingency plans for priority businesses. Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities within the guest journey. Manage marketing performance initiatives in project management tool (Asana) using established templates and creating new templates as needed. Complete all briefs including copy, graphic design, web and social media. Manage daytoday communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives are executed in alignment to briefs, delivered on time and on budget. Conduct seasonal site visits and meet with Operations teams to discuss seasonal needs and identify opportunities. Ensure quality assurance and alignment with brand standards and revenue strategy. Champion marketing processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Support the growth and development of Marketing Coordinators (2) and provide guidance as needed. Process invoices in accounting system and update budgets accordingly. What skills and experience do you need for this job? A minimum of 5+ years in marketing, project management or account management Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred. Post Secondary education (Degree or diploma) in Marketing, Communications or Tourism (combination of equivalent experience/education will be considered) Strong experience using MS Office tools such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams required. Experience with project management software such as Asana is preferred. Experience managing multiple stakeholders including internal and external teams and vendors. Must have the ability to plan, organize and execute work details on time and on budget. Proven experience analyzing data to identify trends, extract actionable insights, and support datadriven decisionmaking. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Strong cando, attitude with willingness to be flexible and adaptable. Ability to make decisions and exercise good judgment. Strong commitment to building positive working relationships. Ability to occasionally travel between Banff, Jasper, Golden and Waterton as needed Resourceful, with a curiosity to solve problems and create new solutions.
