Responsibilities Museum Shop Associate : Assist with revenue generation, provide a tangible museum memory for visitors, promote products, answer inquiries, stock according to merchandising plan, monitor theft, maintain shop appearance. Admissions Associate : Serve as the first point of contact for guests, welcome guests, sell tickets and memberships, collect revenue, provide basic orientation tours, deliver outstanding customer service. Caf Server : Serve as the first point of contact for caf guests, welcome guests, discuss menu and services, handle customer service, cleaning and sanitizing, collect revenue, share basic museum knowledge; experience in the food industry and food safety certification is an asset. Qualifications High School Diploma is required for this position. Assets Related experience in retail, tourism or hospitality. Customer Service experience. Experience handling cash and accounting. Food safety certification would be an asset. Equivalency: Directly related experience considered on the basis of one year of experience for one year of education. The temporary wage position(s) for the summer season, with anticipated start date in April 2026, and continuing until September 2026.
