Role Description This is a full or part-time on-site role for an Independent Contractor with City Wide Facility Solutions in the Greater Edmonton Metropolitan Area. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance services to various commercial clients. Core tasks include performing assigned maintenance duties ranging from janitorial to handyman services and trades, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining effective communication with the City Wide account management team. You will also address client feedback, ensure timely completion of tasks, and help maintain the highest standards of service quality. Qualifications Experience with facility maintenance services, repair work, or related tasks Registered business, compliant with all provincial and federal regulations. Must have and maintain all required liability and WCB insurance. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver high-quality results Strong communication skills for effective coordination with clients and the City Wide team Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards for maintenance services Prior experience working in commercial properties or similar roles is a plus Access to reliable transportation and necessary tools/equipment for maintenance tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr
