We are committed to: Supporting midwives to work to their full scope Strong clinical leadership - on call Clinical Manager Improved outcomes for women and families What Youll Be Doing As an Endorsed caseload midwife in our Brisbane team , you will: Provide antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care for hospital births Work across our clinics (Windsor and North Lakes), home, and hospital settings Hold an annual caseload (40 women per year - pro rata if PT) Collaborate closely with hospital teams wider multidisciplinary teams Participate in clinical reviews and audits Be supported to work to your full scope with admitting rights at Metro North Hospitals (RBWH, Caboolture and Redcliffe) As an Endorsed caseload midwife in our BiOC team , you will: Provide antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care for hospital births Work across clinic (Strathpine and Caboolture), community and hospital settings Hold a low annual caseload (24 women per year - pro rata if PT) Collaborate closely with hospital teams wider multidisciplinary teams Participate in clinical reviews and audits Be supported to work to your full scope with admitting rights at Metro North Hospitals (RBWH, Caboolture and Redcliffe) What Were Looking For Current AHPRA registration as a Midwife Endorsed Midwife (or close to obtaining endorsement, pay rates differ for non endorsed midwives) Minimum 3 years full-time equivalent midwifery experience Recent experience across antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care Commitment to woman-centred practice Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills Continuity of care or MGP experience Experience attending home births (Brisbane team role) Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families (BiOC team role) Understanding of Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services (BiOC team role) IBCLC or lactation specialities What We Offer Annualised salary from $120,000 - $150,000 + super (lesser rate for non-endorsed midwives) 6 weeks annual leave All IT and Clinical Equipment provided Rostered on-call with protected time off Supported credentialing and admitting rights Mentorship and leadership development Superannuation salary sacrificing & novated lease options How to Apply Submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining: Which role you are applying for (Brisbane or BiOC) Your interest in the role What draws you to Private Practice Applications will be reviewed as received early applications encouraged.
