Resolver is looking for a Senior Manager, Consulting to lead the Professional services team for our GRC Division. In this role you will leverage a unique combination of project and customer enablement experience to coach the team on end-toend best practices to deliver SaaS projects. Your day to day lets break it down!: Project Sponsorship and Team management (50%) Measures of Success: Consultant time tracking, EAC, due date accuracy, and creation of consultant forecasts, deployment satisfaction. Enable the team to maximize their impact by providing oversight, support, and guidance through; coordinating best use of resources, review of projects and potential risks, as well as resolving bottlenecks. Support adherence to bestinclass implementation methodology. Leverage domain and customer insights to deliver on customer expectations of expert consultation during implementations. Proactively support customer intimacy via participating in the Resolver Sponsor Program and through escalations. Ensure the consulting team has completed weekly and monthly services administration activities, and look for areas of improvement on operational objectives such as individual utilization and margin targets. Responsible for the accuracy of time tracking, EAC updates, and due date updates of consultants. Drive utilization, EAC & margin targets with individual consultants. Create & maintain consultant resource forecasts. Team Building and Development (25%) Measures of Success: Team results, completion of individual learning plans, internal career progression, team eNPS. Partner with the Talent Team on applicable hiring decisions as an active part of the hiring process. Onboard new team members to maximize timetoproductivity. Coach the team in the achievement of KRs and personal performance objectives. Performance management of team members including conducting the performance review process and the compensation review process. Regular oneonone feedback with the goal of improving performance while proactively seeking opportunities to celebrate wins within the team. Team Strategy (25%) Measures of Success: ARR growth, deal velocity, product knowledge (e.g. knowledgeable on impact of new features), revenue, internal sales SLA, reduced margin of error in scoping. Partner with CX Leadership to support the continued growth of the CX Team with a particular emphasis on internal collaboration. Sales Support: Support the Sales team to close new opportunities; review services proposals as needed, identify land & expand opportunities (Sales & Services) on current engagements. Product: partner with the Product and internal stakeholders to develop a high quality and easily deployable product. CX Enablement: partner with CX Enablement to build content and training to improve the performance of the team. CX: leverage deep understanding of customer realities; share customer insights and experiences for improved customer understanding and the optimization of customer experience. What you will bring: 7+ Years of experience in Consulting and/or Project Management in a B2B SaaS environment. 3+ years of experience mentoring, coaching and motivating people. A knack for analyzing data and using that data to make decisions. A history of building partnership with internal stakeholders and engaging in candid feedback to drive collaboration and achievement of shared goals. Passion for delivering on a customercentric approach in order to support solving near and longterm outcomes. Experience in work estimation and presenting proposals and SOW in the presales process.
