Job Description

We are seeking a Data Integration Analyst to design, build, and maintain data flows that support our enterprise data architecture. In this role, you will work closely with BI Architects, DBAs, system owners, and business stakeholders to ensure operational data is accurately transformed, validated, and integrated into enterprise systems.You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of data from source systems through ETL processes to final consumption with a strong focus on data quality, reliability, and usability. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with complex systems, solving data challenges, and collaborating across teams.### # **Key Responsibilities*** Design, develop, and deliver data flows aligned with enterprise data architecture, timelines, and quality standards* Build, unit test, and maintain ETL processes, data streams, system integrations, data translations, and calculation models* Implement data quality controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, and elimination of duplicate data* Perform data profiling to identify anomalies and establish alerts or remediation procedures* Collaborate with business and IT teams to improve the quality and value of enterprise data* Provide application support including troubleshooting, user guidance, and acting as a liaison between users, IT, and other teams* Analyze and interpret data to support process improvements and business decision-making* Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical and analytical issues* Develop and implement efficient data collection strategies to enhance data quality and accessibility* Support special projects by identifying data sources, gathering information, and delivering detailed analysis* Assist with application development, deployment, and security initiatives* Support internal and external audit activities* Perform other related duties as required# # **Qualifications**## **Education*** Bachelors degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field## **Experience*** 2+ years of hands-on or project-based experience in ETL or data manipulation* Proven experience integrating data from multiple systems (required)* Experience or background in Finance is considered an asset**Technical Skills*** Strong data analysis skills with hands-on SQL experience* Solid understanding of database schemas and data structures* Experience with ETL and data streaming tools* Programming experience with one or more of the following: C#, Java, JavaScript, Python* Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP .NET Web API, REST, JSON, SOAP* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP* Experience with SnapLogic or other iPaaS tools is an asset* Exposure to systems such as Blackline, Workday, ServiceNow, M5 Assetworks, Geotab, or TRUX is an asset### # **Skills & Competencies*** Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution* Ability to manage end-to-end data initiatives from design through development and reporting* Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills* Resourceful, adaptable, and able to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment* A collaborative team player who can work effectively across departments### Youll be part of a collaborative environment where data plays a critical role in driving business decisions.
