About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Test Automation Developer to join our dynamic product development team. In this role, you will be the quality champion for your pod, taking complete ownership of the testing process from planning to execution. You are not just a tester; you are a key partner in the development lifecycle, ensuring we launch robust, high-quality products that our users love. This is a role for someone who thrives on responsibility, works gracefully under pressure, and is a fast learner, eager to make an immediate impact. Proven Experience: 3+ years of handson experience in a test automation role, with a strong portfolio of work on both web and mobile platforms. Framework Development: Demonstrated experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks from the ground up. We use Cypress and Maestro in Borrowell. Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of modern application architecture, including REST APIs, mobile applications (iOS/Android), and singlepage web applications. Ownership Mentality: A proactive and selfstarting attitude with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage all QA activities within your team. Exceptional Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Resilience & Agility: You are a fast learner who can ramp up quickly and adapt to changing priorities in a fastpaced environment. Nice to Haves: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and integrating automated tests into the deployment process.
