Employer Industry: Rehabilitation Services for Veterans Why consider this job opportunity: Competitive salary Comprehensive and flexible health and dental benefits Ongoing learning and development opportunities A diverse and inclusive workplace with a track record of high employee engagement and teamwork Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of veterans and their families Work remotely from anywhere in Atlantic Canada What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Collaborate with a team of Rehabilitation Service Specialists to deliver and coordinate rehabilitation services for program participants Provide participant-centered services that lead to successful outcomes in a timely and efficient manner Establish and meet caseload and performance metrics Coordinate assessments, interpret reports, and provide recommendations to support participants in achieving their rehabilitation goals Conduct Vocational Rehabilitation and Vocational Assistance assessments and interventions What is Required (Qualifications): Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Services Professional (CVRP) or Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Services Professional - Fellow (CVRP-F), or Career Counsellors registered with the Ordre des conseillers et conseillres d''''orientation du Qubec Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the direct provision of medical, psycho-social, and/or vocational rehabilitation services Experience conducting medical, psycho-social, and/or vocational rehabilitation assessments Experience working with individuals facing mental or physical health challenges that create barriers to civilian life Experience collaborating with various health professionals in an interdisciplinary team environment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Bilingual (French/English) Experience working with employers, community resources, and training institutions Preference given to qualified former Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members #RehabilitationServices #VeteransSupport #RemoteWork #InclusiveWorkplace #CareerOpportunity We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
