Job Overview We are seeking a Board Verification Engineer to lead validation activities for datacenter GPU boards, covering both pre-silicon and post-silicon phases. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, debugging, and ensuring design compliance with performance and quality standards. Requirements/Must Have Strong understanding of power electronics with focus on multiphase power converters. Experience in board-level validation and testing (pre-silicon and post-silicon). Hands-on experience with lab instruments (oscilloscopes, multimeters, current probes, electronic loads). Knowledge of low-speed protocols (I2C, SPI, I3C, SVI2, SVI3). Knowledge of high-speed interfaces such as PCIe Gen 5. Experience in debugging hardware and system-level issues. Proficiency in test automation using Python, Perl, Tcl, or LabView. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience Relevant experience in board validation, hardware testing, or system-level engineering. Responsibilities Define, develop, and execute PCBA validation test plans and schedules. Develop platform validation flows ensuring end-to-end coverage. Implement debug strategies and drive issue resolution. Collaborate with hardware, firmware, software, and infrastructure teams. Perform lab testing to validate designs against specifications. Support board/system issues during characterization and product launch. Track execution, issues, and improvements through dashboards. Review power converter topologies and select appropriate components. Provide status updates and technical reports to management. Identify risks, dependencies, and validation gaps. Should Have Experience in high-speed interface characterization. Knowledge of FPGA and CPLD development. Experience with schematic design, layout review, and simulation. Understanding of power and signal integrity analysis. Strong documentation and reporting skills. Leadership or mentoring experience. Skills Hardware validation and debugging.
