IntroductionOur client is seeking a dependable and service oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team in a one year full time contract role with benefits. This position supports individuals navigating important application processes for post secondary education programs. French and English communication skills are required.This role is well suited for someone who enjoys helping others, values a structured environment, and takes pride in providing clear and professional customer support. You will join a collaborative team that focuses on reliability, consistency, and high quality service.What Youll DoAs a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will provide support to applicants and internal teams by answering questions, explaining processes, and ensuring information is delivered clearly and accurately. Your work will help people move forward in their educational journeys while maintaining a smooth and organized service experience.Responsibilities Respond to applicant inquiries by phone and email in both English and French Provide clear explanations of processes, procedures, and requirements Support internal administrative activities related to application services Maintain accurate records and follow established service procedures Assist applicants with navigating online systems and information resources Contribute to a professional and respectful customer service environment Manage multiple inquiries efficiently during busy periodsQualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French Minimum two years of experience in a customer service environment Post secondary education Comfortable using computers, online systems, and standard office tools Strong listening skills, patience, diplomacy, and professionalism Ability to understand and retain detailed information Strong organizational and analytical abilities Ability to work effectively in a structured and sometimes fast paced environment Familiarity with post secondary education processes is considered an assetBenefits Salary range: $50,498 to $57,884 per year Full time schedule, approximately 32 hours per week over 4.5 days, Monday to Friday Comprehensive benefits during the contract period Hybrid work arrangement may be available after the probation period Supportive and collaborative team environment Structured schedule that supports work life balanceWhy Work with UsOur client offers a stable and supportive workplace where employees play a meaningful role in helping individuals take the next step in their education.
