IntroductionOur client is seeking a dependable and service oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team in a one year full time contract role with benefits. This position supports individuals navigating important application processes for post secondary education programs. French and English communication skills are required.This role is well suited for someone who enjoys helping others, values a structured environment, and takes pride in providing clear and professional customer support. You will join a collaborative team that focuses on reliability, consistency, and high quality service.What Youll DoAs a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will provide support to applicants and internal teams by answering questions, explaining processes, and ensuring information is delivered clearly and accurately.
