Job Title: Station Supervisor (M2 AME)Location: Halifax, NS (YHZ), CanadaOverviewAn opportunity is available for an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME M2) to join a growing maintenance organisation as a Station Supervisor in Halifax. Reporting to the Director of Maintenance (PRM) and the QA Manager, the successful candidate will lead line maintenance activities and support a range of airline clients.This role is responsible for supervising daily maintenance operations, ensuring aircraft serviceability, and maintaining compliance with Transport Canada regulations and customer airworthiness requirements. The position suits a licensed AME with leadership experience who is confident managing teams and coordinating maintenance activities in a fast-paced operational environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate aircraft maintenance operations to ensure aircraft serviceabilityEnsure compliance with Transport Canada regulations and client airworthiness standardsPlan, manage, and supervise aircraft maintenance tasksAllocate resources and manage workload to meet operational requirementsCommunicate with client Maintenance Operations Control (MOC), System Operations Control, and Operations Managers regarding aircraft faults and maintenance needsWork with Flight Operations at departure gates to confirm aircraft serviceabilityMaintain clear communication with ramp maintenance personnelManage base inventory and coordinate with main stores for parts and toolingDocument maintenance delays, incidents, and operational communicationsSupport operational and compliance activities as directed by the Director of Maintenance and QA ManagerCandidate RequirementsValid AME M2 licenceMinimum of three aircraft endorsements (A320, B777, B737 NG/MAX, or A350 preferred)Previous AME Lead or Supervisor experienceValid RAIC, DA, and AVOP for YHZ, or ability to obtainFAA A&P licence preferredStrong computer skills including MS Office and maintenance systemsStrong communication, planning, and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust be legally eligible to work in CanadaCompensation & BenefitsPay: $56.00 $63.00 per hourDental careExtended health careLife insuranceEmployee assistance programPaid time offRRSP matchingOn-site parking
