Job Description

The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office and effective case management by providing legal services under the supervision of the Lawyer. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Lawyer Handle communication with clients on a daily basis Locate and develop case-relevant information Prepare appropriate documentation pertaining to files Support with litigation preparation Calendar management Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 3-4 + years of experience is required Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols Litigation experience is required Ability to problem solve and multi-task Solid communication skills; written and verbal
