Job Description Reporting to the Manager, Classroom Technical Infrastructure, the Multimedia Information Technology Specialist (MMITS) supports the Universitys teaching and learning environments by ensuring the reliable operation of audiovisual, hybrid learning, and collaboration technologies across classrooms, meeting rooms, and event spaces. Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide advanced classroom and hybrid AV support - Deliver AV Loan Counter and event support - Install, configure, and maintain AV systems - Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting - Provide limited recording and media support REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Three-Year Community College Diploma in a related field - Up to five (5) years AV experience - Valid G-Class Drivers License - Working at Heights Certification - CTS certification or willingness to obtain NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Advanced AV certifications -Commercial AV experience - Experience in higher education AV environments - AV-over-IP and Dante experience
