Raison dtre du poste Relevant de la directrice adjointe, le commis support aux oprations est responsable de lexcution de tches administratives spcialises et de donner du support administratif et clrical aux dpartements de planification et des achats. Responsabilits Suivi et relance avec les fournisseurs (tlphone, courriel) et aide lachat pour les PO; Imprimer et relcher les gammes de fabrication ; Convertir les jobs nouvellement entres en job actives et les ordonner; Identifier les jobs prioritaires dans le systme; Identifier, planifier et rendre compte des arrts ou blocages de production en vue de les faire rsoudre ou den diminuer la porte; Supporter les diffrents dpartements (achats, planification, mthodes); tablir, trouver et rcuprer des documents sur demande; Trier et classer des documents; Vrifier et enregistrer des formulaires et des documents; Effectuer de la saisie de donnes et tout autre travail de bureau divers; Adhrer au standard de qualit; Toutes autres tches connexes. Exigences demploi Scolarit requise Diplme dtudes secondaires ou exprience quivalente. Comptences techniques Matrise des logiciels de bureautique (Word, Excel etc.); Maitrise de la langue franaise et anglaise (intermdiaire); Minimum de 2 ans dexprience dans un poste similaire (un atout); Connaissance dun systme ERP (un atout).
