Le Noblia, a friendly private seniors residence located in Lvis, is looking for a full-time Maintenance Manager. We are looking for someone versatile, personable, who will make a difference in the lives of our residents and who has a smile on their face :) The Maintenance Manager performs minor maintenance tasks: CCQ certification is not required! POSITION DESCRIPTION: Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours Salary: To be discussed ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure the proper functioning of the building and its equipment Identify and plan the nature and timing of execution of certain long-term work and ensure follow-up with management To carry out short-term cleaning, installation, maintenance or minor repair work whose execution does not require a qualification card, such as the installation of accessories and devices, adjustment doors, repairing furniture, preparing premises to be painted, cleaning appliances, installing plinths, etc. To control the inventory of materials and tools required for maintenance and repairs To receive requests or complaints to ensure follow-up and carry out corrective measures regarding various work and requests such as power outages, water leaks, etc. Construction Assist residents with any deficiencies related to services provided by the residence Communicate the maintenance needs for materials and products and upkeep of the building to the immediate superior Manage apartment renovations in accordance with the program established by general management/the general manager Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset) Relevant experience in the field Good condition and physical endurance Experience in personnel management BENEFITS: Salary to be discussed Cellular provided Uniform provided Free parking Vacation Low-cost meals offered in the dining room Employee Assistance Program Telemedecine Social Club activities, gifts and substantial discounts Human management approach A welcoming and tight-knit team!
