Job Title: Senior Product Manager Corporate & Structured Lending Location: Toronto, Ontario Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager Corporate & Structured Lending to lead the development, governance, and commercial expansion of the Banks corporate loan product suite . This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate lending products , including bilateral loans, project finance, M&A financing, and syndicated lending solutions . The successful candidate will ensure products remain commercially competitive, risk-aligned, operationally executable, and compliant with regulatory and internal governance frameworks , while supporting Relationship Managers (RMs) and Credit teams in delivering complex financing solutions to corporate clients. What You Will Do Product Strategy & Commercial Growth Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for corporate lending products aligned with the Banks business strategy and risk appetite . Identify market opportunities across bilateral lending, project finance, acquisition financing, and syndicated lending to drive asset growth and fee income . Partner with Relationship Managers and Financial Markets teams to structure integrated client solutions including lending, deposits, FX, and capital markets products . Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing benchmarks to ensure product competitiveness. Product Governance & Risk Ownership Act as Product Owner for assigned lending products and ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and governance frameworks . Lead Product Risk Assessments , product approvals, and periodic product lifecycle reviews. Ensure alignment with Credit Risk, Compliance, AML, Legal, Financial Management, and Operations teams . Support risk parameter design, eligibility criteria, and structural standards for lending products. Deal Structuring & Execution Support Provide technical structuring support for complex corporate transactions including: Bilateral lending transactions Syndicated loans Project finance structures M&A and acquisition financing Support development of term sheets, product guidelines, and pricing frameworks in collaboration with Credit Risk and Financial Management . Assist in resolving execution challenges across onboarding, documentation, and operational setup . Stakeholder & Governance Management Serve as the central coordination point between Business, Credit, Financial Markets, Financial Management, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and IT . Prepare and present product proposals, risk memoranda, and performance updates to management. Lead product governance working groups and manage product lifecycle oversight. Performance Management & Reporting Monitor product KPIs , including growth, profitability, utilization, portfolio mix, and client penetration . Track RAROC, pricing discipline, and portfolio risk metrics with support from Risk and Financial Management teams. Provide portfolio insights and performance reporting to senior leadership. Process Improvement & Enablement Drive process improvements and standardization across product onboarding, credit intake, documentation, and post-funding monitoring . Develop product playbooks, training materials, and RM toolkits to improve front-line execution. Support system enhancements and digital initiatives related to product governance and workflow automation. What You Bring to the Table Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline . Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or equivalent banking credentials are an asset. 8+ years of experience in corporate banking, product structuring, transaction banking, or lending solutions within financial institutions. Strong experience working with large corporates, multinational clients, and financial intermediaries . Deep knowledge of corporate lending structures, project finance, syndicated lending, and working capital solutions . Strong understanding of pricing frameworks, RAROC, capital usage, and portfolio risk management . Excellent stakeholder management skills across product, risk, compliance, and front-line sales teams . Strong ability to translate complex financial products into client-focused solutions .
