Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist (French/English) Location: Edmonton, AB (In office) Employment Type: Part-Time Position Overview We are looking for a highly driven Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist (French/English) to support recruitment activities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple priorities independently, and takes full ownership of their recruitment pipeline. Bilingual-level fluency in French and English is absolutely required to effectively communicate with candidates and clients. Key Responsibilities - Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for diverse client roles - Conduct pre-screen interviews and reference checks in both French and English - Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a high-volume environment - Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates promptly - Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs - Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) - Deliver a professional, responsive, and positive candidate experience - Provide administrative support to a member of the executive team as required.
