Director, Innovation & Technology Enablement 130-145K base + package Hybrid based in Mississauga, ON Your New Company Youll be joining a large, multisite organization undergoing significant modernization and digital transformation. The environment is decentralized, complex, and highly operationalmaking technology enablement, service excellence, and rapid delivery critical to supporting teams across the country. You will be part of an Information Systems leadership team focused on driving practical innovation, accelerating technology adoption, and improving how work gets done. Your New Role Reporting to the Vice President, Information Systems, you will lead three core enablement groups: FASTech (rapid delivery) Service Management & Automation (ServiceNow & UiPath) Business Analysis & Quality Assurance shared services You will manage the enablement portfolio endtoendestablishing governance, overseeing prioritization, and ensuring measurable outcomes across modernization, automation, and technology adoption initiatives. FASTech delivers rapid, highimpact enhancements on 48 week cycles using a hybrid delivery model. You will oversee scoping, planning, delivery standards, and coaching of the Technology Lead, FASTech, ensuring clarity of roles and accountability. You will also provide leadership for ServiceNow and UiPath platforms, ensuring strong operational controls, backlog management, environment stability, and automation outcomes that improve service delivery and reduce manual work. Additionally, you will oversee BA/QA shared services supporting enterprise programs (ERP, HCM, Data & Analytics), standardizing requirements practices, testing disciplines, documentation, and stakeholder communication. This role requires balancing innovation with disciplined governancedriving speed and clarity while maintaining quality, auditability, and effective change management.
