The Opportunity Were hiring a Staging & Design Assistant to support our Creative Director in delivering standout, market-ready spaces for our clients. This is a hands-on role where youll be right in the thick of it from physical staging installs and virtual design work to managing our social media presence and keeping our visual brand sharp and consistent. You dont need to have done every part of this role before. If you have a good eye, love a well-styled space, and want to grow inside a fast-moving real estate team were ready to invest in you. What Youll Own Physical staging: Assist the Creative Director with staging setups, installs, and breakdowns for residential properties across the GTA. Virtual staging: Support virtual staging projects, including sourcing assets, editing layouts, and delivering polished final images for listings. Social media: Manage and grow our social channels (primarily Instagram), including content creation, captions, scheduling, and community engagement. Visual content: Photograph or assist in photographing staged spaces for use across social and marketing materials. Design support: Help build mood boards, design concepts, and client-facing presentation materials under the Creative Directors guidance. Logistics and coordination: Keep staging inventory organized, assist with scheduling, and support vendor and contractor communication. Creative operations: Act as a reliable second set of hands to the Creative Director by keeping projects on track and nothing slipping through. What Were Looking For Creative eye and design curiosity: Some exposure to staging, interior design, or a related creative field formal or self-taught, were open. Comfortable with technology: You pick up new tools quickly and are at ease with Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office. Social media savvy: Experience managing social media for a brand or business, or a strong personal portfolio that shows you understand visual storytelling. Organized and proactive: You notice what needs doing and do it without being asked twice. Strong communicator: Clear, professional, and reliable whether youre coordinating a vendor or working with the team. Flexible availability: Our core hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, but staging and real estate run on their own schedule. Occasional evenings and weekends come with the territory, and a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle are required for travel between properties. Physical requirements: This role involves lifting, moving, and arranging furniture and decor on-site as part of regular staging work. Compensation and Benefits CA$50,000$60,000 annually, based on experience. Hands-on mentorship from a top-ranked Canadian real estate team.
