As the Manager, Project Delivery you will lead the planning, execution, and governance of strategic and operational projects and programs across SASCU. This role ensures that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in alignment with organizational goals. What youll do: Lead the delivery of enterprise and departmental projects and programs to ensure outcomes contribute to SASCUs objectives and strategic priorities. Develop and maintain right-sized project and program governance models that support consistent, transparent decisionmaking. Oversee project intake, prioritization, and portfolio planning to ensure resources are directed toward highvalue, strategically aligned work. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement to maintain alignment, remove barriers, and support smooth execution. Lead, mentor, and develop the Project Management team to deliver consistent, timely, and highquality user support while ensuring balanced workloads and effective prioritization. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and continuously improving team environment by reviewing processes, encouraging teamwork, and promoting knowledgesharing. What youll bring: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. 67 years of experience managing complex projects and programs, with a demonstrated record of delivering successful outcomes. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is preferred. Experience in financial services or regulated environments is an asset. Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills to support effective stakeholder engagement and decisionmaking. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, influence crossfunctional teams, and drive alignment toward successful project delivery.
