We are seeking an experienced team member to fulfill the role of Deliverability Consultant, Customer Success to support our expanding customer roster and team. OVERVIEW Inbox Monster has an exciting opportunity for a Deliverability Consultant to join our growing Customer Success team. You will be part of a passionate team responsible for managing account relationships, overseeing platform experience and providing exceptional deliverability expertise to our growing client roster. As a Deliverability Consultant at Inbox Monster, you will play a key role in delivering value and subject matter expertise, empowering our clients to maximize the value of our technology. You will be responsible for your clients experience with all Inbox Monster technology as you build meaningful relationships with them. You will work closely alongside our sales, marketing, and product teams, championing the customers voice as we continue building an industry-leading platform with a customer experience were all proud of. This position is remote for either US or Canada, with hybrid office options depending on location. REQUIREMENTS 2+ years of experience in an email deliverability role A customer-first approach to deliverability, a genuine passion for partnering with clients to solve their challenges Knowledge in email deliverability that covers all the essential areas of managing a clients performance including authentication standards, ISP remediation, bounce data, spam traps and spam complaint data Experience in a client-facing role, excelling at translating complex technical scenarios into clear, actionable advice and comfortable leading meetings and building long-term, collaborative relationships with marketers of all technical levels. Experience using deliverability toolsets and platforms including ISP reputation feeds, seedlist inbox placement data, spam trap networks and other key data points. Ability to provide deliverability recommendations to senders designed to improve inbox placement rates and sender reputation Ability to adapt customer service skills to various products, along with a drive for continually learning new technology and facilitating client adoption A positive, collaborative attitude that significantly contributes to our team culture and customer experience CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Provide support and email expertise and best practices to Inbox Monster clients that maximize their email deliverability rates and contribute to overall email channel success Oversee a book of customers who are using Inbox Monster technology self-serve, assessing usage patterns and sharing knowledge with the business on customer health. Facilitate productive review meetings with clients and develop summarized reporting on a client-by-client basis Establish and build positive and collaborative working relationships with Inbox Monster customers that lead to maximum value being received Model Inbox Monsters core values and mission throughout customer relationships Enable successful product usage and client adoption of new features within the Inbox Monster product suite Communicate with the receiving mailbox provider community on behalf of Inbox Monster clients and leverage established industry relationships to improve email success Compensation & Benefits: $75-90K CAD plus an additional performance-based variable pay.
