Project Manager Carp, ON (Onsite) Salary: $85,000 $95,000 Schedule: Monday to Friday, Onsite Location: Carp, Ontario Perks: Vehicle allowance, phone allowance, benefits Security Clearance: Ability to obtain Secret clearance required About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Youll be the central point of coordination, guiding teams, managing budgets, and keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and closeout. Oversee project budgets, monitor costs, and approve change orders to ensure financial control. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to drive project success. Track progress, report risks, and provide timely updates to leadership. Ensure compliance with permits, inspections, and all regulatory requirements. Supervise site supervisors and contractors to maintain quality and safety standards. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Lead project meetings, document action items, and maintain accurate records. Foster teamwork and address conflicts effectively. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or project management. Solid understanding of construction methods, codes, and industry standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Valid drivers license with reliable transportation. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused. Must be able to obtain or maintain Secret security clearance . Working Conditions On-site work in Carp, ON, with regular construction site visits. Exposure to weather, noise, and physical activity, including sitting and standing. Flexible start and finish times depending on project requirements. Must maintain a working cellphone with data.
