The LTL Dispatcher will coordinate and schedule Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments, monitor delivery status, and ensure timely communication with drivers and customers. Responsibilities include organizing and optimizing driver routes, addressing logistics concerns, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with all transportation regulations. The LTL Dispatcher will also work to build positive relationships with vendors, drivers, and clients to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.QualificationsExperience in logistics coordination, dispatch operations, and route optimizationStrong communication, customer service, and relationship management skillsProficiency in scheduling, record-keeping, and data entryKnowledge of transportation regulations, safety practices, and compliance requirementsAbility to quickly solve problems, handle high-pressure situations, and manage multiple tasks effectivelyRelevant experience in the logistics or transportation industry is preferredProficiency in dispatching tools and logistics software is an asset
